It is characterised in that the sewer trap system of the outlets (8) has a cavity (13) leading to the surface of the bottom of the storage chamber (2); the pipe (10) of the emptying process control system has an additional vertical branching through the section of the aeration pipe (12), located in the storage chamber (2) at the wall separating (7) from the washing chamber (6) in the area of the elevation of the cavity (13). The aeration pipe (12) is hermetically connected with the pipe (10) via a load-reducing unit (ZO) and its length is selected so that, when the washing chamber (6) is full, the end of the aeration pipe (12) is located in the space of the cavity (13).
