The proposed method is distinctive by analyzing the parameters of bottom deposits; adding, to the set of the trophosaprobiological indicators, the indicators that characterize the content of microphytobentose biomass, the content of chlorophyll, the pigment index, the biotic index, the content of total nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic carbon; adding, to the set of the specific indicators, the indicators that characterize the content of microcystine, the potential capacity of water to self-purification, the coefficient of accumulation of heavy metals in bottom deposits, and the toxicity of water.
