METHOD TO IMPROVE TECHNOLOGY OF GROWING CATTLE FOR MEAT

摘要

A method to improve technology of growing cattle for meat includes the use of ultra replacement heifers and intensive single-stage technology of growing young animals for meat. Rejected first-calf heifers of dairy breeds with the ultra replacement heifers are used additionally for inseminating thereof by breeding bulls of meat breeds according to the recommended crossing schemes, obtaining the cross-breeding young animals which are grown according to meat cattle-rearing technology.
