The method for preventing the inflammatory diseases of the internal genital organs in the women employing intrauterine contraceptive devices comprisesthe diagnostic examination prior to the insertion of the intrauterine contraceptive devices, the sexually infections being looked for. In case of such infections, complex etiopathogenic treatment is provided. The intramuscular injections of Cycloferon are prescribed. Starting from the third Cycloferon injection, Vilprafen and Metronidasol are prescribed. Starting from the third day of antibiotic treatment, antimycotic drugs are prescribed. For sanitization purposes, Miramistine is used in the swabs. After Vilprafen, Levofloxacin is prescribed. Finally, endovaginal swabs with Cycloferon liniment are employed.
