摘要

A method for overcoming of progamic and postgamic incompatibility barriers at distant hybridization of wheat with Aegilops tauschii Coos involves obtaining hybrid plants from premature germs by in vitro method. Biotechnology scheme of hybrid plants obtaining is developed, this involves ear treatment after pollination with solution of gibberellic acid and kinetin, ear exposition on 10-14 day of pollination in solution of autacoids, obtaining regenerants of hybrid germs (14-16 day of pollination) on modified nutrient medium and growing plants under conditions of artificial climate.
