The method for the orthodontic treatment of the inherited forms of occlusion pathology type II according to Engle in the period of varying occlusion comprises the correcting extraction of the first temporary upper molars and the second temporary lower molars followed by installation of the orthodontic devices. Upon the correcting extraction of the temporary molars, the orthodontic devices are installed, namely the fixed devices in the upper jaw and the removable ones in the lower jaw. In addition, the massage of the alveolar process in the area of the frontal teeth as well as the logopedic exercises are performed.
