The technique for reinnervation of the insular flap tailored from the homologous finger in the retrograde blood flow consists in mobilization and dissection of the proper nerve and artery of the finger at the level of the proximal edge of the flap and its transposition to the recipient area. The donor area defect is closed by the autodermal graft. The donor nerve of the flap is connected with the recipient proper nerve of the finger using microsurgery technique under microscopic control (x 5). The donor wound is covered by the artificial skin of "Suspur-derm" type. Two weeks later autodermoplasty is performed.
