METHOD FOR PREDICTING COURSE AND RESOLUTION OF ACUTE PERIOD IN PATIENTS WITH INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGES OF SUBCORTICAL LOCALIZATION

The method for predicting the course and the resolution of the acute period in the patients with intracerebral hemorrhages of subcortical localizationcomprises the assessment of the clinical neurological state, the detection of the general cerebral symptom, the meningeal symptomocomplex, the presence of the craniobasal hemispherical symptoms, the computed tomography with localization of the lesions, the estimation of its size, the degree of the brain edema, the displacement of the mid-brain structures, Dopplerography of the cerebral hemodynamics. Three groups of the patients are delineated based on clinical and computed tomography data depending on the severity of state in the dynamics of the intracerebral hemorrhages.
