摘要

Ethylene polymerization catalyst, method for producing the same and method for controlling polymerization kinetics. Said catalyst contains titanium-containing catalyst main component and cocatalyst. Titanium-containing catalyst main component is obtained by the reaction of following components: (1) hydrocarbon solution of dialkyl magnesium compound RMgR’yEt3Al; (2) alcoholic compound R1OH; (3) silica support heat-activated at 200 to 800°C; (4) alkyl aluminium compound having formula R2nAlC13-n; (5) linear chain halogenated alkane having formula R3X; and (6) titanium compound having formula Ti(OR4)mCl4-m. The cocatalyst is organoaluminium compound. Three different ethylene polymerization kinetics curves can be obtained by regulating activation temperature of silica support as well as ratio of magnesium to titanium in the titanium-containing catalyst main component.
