PURPOSE: A method for installing a screw/cement retained prosthesis and an abutment for the prosthesis are provided to enable easy separation and re-installation of both the prosthesis and the abutment. CONSTITUTION: The method for installing a screw/cement retained prosthesis(100) comprises the steps of: positioning and fastening an abutment(120) having a first screw hole(124) to a fixture(110) using a screw; providing the prosthesis having a second screw(144) hole corresponding to the first screw hole; and coupling the prosthesis and the abutment to each other by interposing a dental cement between them.
