A method for implementing call intelligentized disclosed comprises the steps: a. The calling user triggers the service control point SCP with off-hook; b. SCP interacts with the service switch point which the calling user located to achieve the called number collection; c. SCP judges the type of the called number based on the collected called number, if it is the intelligence service number, intelligence service process is made, and end the current flow; if it is the management access code, then service management process is made, and end the current flow; and if it is base call number, then perform the step d; d. SCP creates the billing policy based on the said calling/called number, and continue the called. The application of the invention can achieve call intelligentized in the whole network.
