The present invention concerns grafts and methods of vaginal reconstruction for treatment of pelvic organ prolapse. The method of the present invention is a minimally invasive procedure using a vaginal approach and fixed, (reproducible) anatomical landmarks in the pelvis as points of fixation for tension free graft attachment providing anatomical support for the vaginal apex, anterior and/or posterior vaginal walls.
