The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment system for a wastewater having a low C / N ratio and a high-treatment process, and more particularly, to a porous plate media in which sulfur is immobilized in a denitrification reactor for removing nitrogen contained in the wastewater. The present invention relates to a denitrification system equipped with a denitrification reactor, which is stacked at a predetermined angle, and has a bottom portion formed in an inclined reactor suitable for removing sludge having a high specific gravity, and an advanced treatment process using the same. In addition, the denitrification system may further comprise additional devices for removing phosphorus as well as nitrate nitrogen contained in the wastewater.;The denitrification system according to the present invention can effectively remove nitrogen in wastewater having a high concentration of nitrate nitrogen relative to a carbon source concentration and a high concentration of suspended solids, and the high-treatment process using the system particularly includes a concentration of nitrogen relative to a carbon source concentration.
