A server for managing a profession index of professionals, a profession index processing/offering method executable in the same, and a computer-readable recording medium storing program data for the same are provided to enable customers to easily check professionalism of the professionals of each field, and enable the professionals to publicize the professionalism and service quality. A communicator(410) transceives data with a professional server or website, and a client terminal through the network. A storing part(430) includes a professional database(432) storing professional information of each field and a professional index database(434) storing the professional index of each professional. An information classifier(452) classifies the information received from the professional web server or website according to a set rule, and stores the classified information to the storing part. A professional index processor(454) calculates and stores the professional index of each professional based on the information inputted from the information classifier. A web information provider(456) provides web screen information needed for searching the professional index to the client terminal.
