The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing hydrogen and methane using waste activated sludge, and more particularly, to pre-treatment of waste activated sludge, and upon the generation of hydrogen, conditions suitable for the growth of hydrogen producing bacteria are added. It is characterized by being able to produce hydrogen and methane while maximizing the treatment of waste activated sludge by adding conditions suitable for the growth of methane producing bacteria.
