A mouse equipped with an attachable VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol)-typed Internet phone is provided to offer a mouse function and an Internet phone function at the same time by installing the VoIP-typed Internet phone to the inside of a mouse body. A mouse housing includes a VoIP-typed Internet phone housing, a USB port connector(69) attached to the Internet phone housing, a mouse signal module(50), a USB distributor(40), and a VoIP-typed Internet phone module(60). The VoIP-typed Internet phone module includes a VoIP controller(61) controlling an audio signal inputted to process an Internet phone call control signal and a call audio signal in case that the VoIP-typed Internet phone housing is connected to the mouse housing, an audio signal module(62) processing the Internet phone call signal by using a digital signal processor, a DAC(Digital Analog Converter)(62b), and an ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(62c), an earphone amplifier(63), and a microphone amplifier(64).
