A pressure grouting device for drainage and an upward-type slope and ground reinforcement method using the device are provided to simultaneously secure ground reinforcement by a reinforcing member and drainage by a drainpipe. A pressure grouting device for drainage comprises a reinforcing member(10) formed in a pipe shape; a drainage member(20) formed in a pipe shape; a connecting member(30) formed in an empty hollow shape; a packer(40) fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing member along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member; an injecting hose(50) and a packer hose(60) fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing member along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member; and a fixing member integrally fixing the reinforcing member, the injecting hose, and the packer hose. Perforations(22) are formed in the drainage member and the surface of the perforations is surrounded by a nonwoven fabric(24). One side of the connection member is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing member and the other side is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the drainage member.
