A fiber reinforced composite floor plate adopting a snow-removing and defrosting system using hot blast and a bridge structure having the same are provided to easily clean the snow laid on the upper surface of the bridge by blowing the hot blast into hollows of the floor plate tube and heating the composite floor plate. A fiber reinforced composite floor plate(1) adopting a snow-removing and defrosting system using hot blast is manufactured by placing floor plate tubes having plural hollows(11) to the throttled rectangular direction and assembling the floor plate tubes in parallel. The side of the fiber reinforced composite floor plate contains a finishing channel member(20) covering the outer part of the opened surface of the hollows of the tubes, and a side ventilation channel(22) formed by a ventilation guide film(21) dividing the inside of the finishing channel member. The hot blast flowing through an inlet port(23) of the side ventilation channel passes through the ventilation path and heats the fiber reinforced composite floor plate.
