摘要

FIELD: metallurgy; metallization and electric steel making processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: metallization of vanadium-containing ore material is performed in shaft furnace with the use of hot reducing gases fed from gasifier having liquid bath at simultaneous production of vanadium-containing semi-product and vanadium-containing slag. Metallized material, vanadium-containing semi-product and metallurgical scrap are fed to electric arc furnace for making steel. Prior to supply of vanadium-containing semi-product to electric furnace it is admitted to vanadium-extraction unit for oxidation of vanadium and obtaining refined semi-product and vanadium-containing slag. Then, refined semi-product, metallized material and metallurgical scrap are fed to electric furnace. First, refined semi-product and metallurgical scrap are fused and metallized material is fed and is fused till steel is made. Vanadium-containing slag produced during evacuation of vanadium from vanadium-containing semi-product and metallized material not used for making steel are used as commercial product. ^ EFFECT: low cost of process of making vanadium-alloyed steel; reduced power requirements; increased degree of extraction of vanadium at all stages of technological chain. ^ 1 dwg
