FIELD: medicine, urology.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to investigate a neoplasm's bioptate, moreover, in bioptate one should calculate the number of Ki-65 antigen-positive cells in 15 vision fields, not less to detect the index of proliferation by estimating its moderate, minimal and maximal values and calculate the value of 5-year-long survival rate without cancer progressing (S) by the following formula: S=0.38xKi-67M+0.02xKi-67Min-0.24xKi-67Max, where Ki-67Min - minimal value of the index of proliferation Ki-67 after investigating 15 vision fields; Ki-67Max - maximal value of the index of proliferation Ki-67 after studying 15 vision fields and Ki-67M - moderate value of the index proliferation Ki-67 after investigating 15 vision fields, and at the values S22 one should predict 5-year-long survival rate without cancer progressing.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.;1 ex
