Disposable sock foot providing the optimum sweat take up and invisible in the shoe, had having the characteristics:fibers of length at least 28 mm, contains nonwoven, contains natural rubber threads to increase flexibility. An independent claim is included for a method of preparing the sock foot using natural rubber threads for flexibility.
