The exhauster has a ventilator (2) stimulated by a suction pipe (1) in an exhaust pipe (3) and provided with conveying blades rotating around a common axis of the pipes, where the exhauster is continuously lined with a sound absorbing material. The material is composed from an expanded metal. A cross section at the downstream of the ventilator changes its shape from a circular surface area into an oval surface area.
