The method is for the creating of stationary and/or mobile working store in Newtonian fluids. In Newtonian fluids with mean, unordered energy, renewable energy carriers with higher, ordered energy levels in the form of cylinder-like and/or disc-form vortices with tornado-like speed concentrations are created by source-sink actions, vortex flows are generated in translation, and operated in a cyclic process and through flow-mechanical inductions used economically. An independent claim is included for a device for the carrying out the proposed method.
