An elastic surface unit (6) closes the passage by pressing a cross-section constriction and/or opens it by holding at a distance to the constriction. A casing has an end surface (8), which is placed in a round-shape by a bushing unit (9), arranged in the passage, by curved characteristics of an inner area of the unit (9) along a flow direction of the medium. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a valve and/or a bushing unit.
