Electrical or pneumatic limit switches (21,22) are provided to a switching lever connected to the hinge shaft of each of two flaps. One of the limit switches provides electrical or pneumatic control pulses to a solenoid valve (7,9) for opening one of the flaps before the other flap is totally closed with control signal from a memory programmed control (10).
