The mounting device has a support element (101), a first belt rewinder (102) with a rollable belt (103) and with a fitting (104), a second rewinder belt (106) with a rollable belt (107) and with a fitting (108) whereby the first belt rewinder and the second belt rewinder are mounted on the support element. The first belt rewinder and the second belt rewinder are arranged respectively in such a way that the respective belt rewinder avoids the unrolling of belt around more than one given area during operating of an external force on an element which is to be fixed, if the fitting is coupled with a fixing structure or with a, to be fixed, element for coupling of that element with a fixing structure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Procedure for manufacturing mounting device; and (B) Utilization of a mounting device.
