The device has a first acupressure element (11) with a second area (12) inside the hand. A ridge is provided for pressing the acupressure point and line or surface of shoulder or neck section. A third area (13,14) is closed for the fingers of closed hand and has a three-dimensional adapted form of the fingers with closed hand. An independent claim is also included for the use of the device.
