The arrangement has an air flap (13) and an impact pressure flap (14) so coupled with an output shaft of an actuating drive, that the air flap is rotated with the flap (14) by rotating the shaft in rotation and inverse rotation directions, into its respective circulating air and fresh air end positions. The flap (14) is movable from its covering position to maximum throttling of fresh air flow.
