The external field is compensated by steered antimagnetic field (26), which is produced by a balance magnet (15, 16) corresponding to the determined external field. The external field data is determined under the control data of a steering control agent in form of a computer and magnetic field data measured by magnetic field sensor arranged to the x-ray tube. The balance magnet is steered in its magnetic field direction, magnetic field strength and position relative to the x-ray tube. The x-ray fluoroscopy analysis is carried out using sequentially overlaid fluoroscopy images produced by digital subtraction angiography. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement of x-ray fluoroscopy analysis with x-ray tube.
