Bearing setting identifying method for rotary component, involves analyzing and consulting vibration behavior of rotary component such as cylinder or roller for characteristics setting of bearing of rotary component
The method involves analyzing and consulting a vibration behavior of a rotary component (01, 02) such as cylinder or roller for characteristics setting of a bearing (04) of the component. A calibration is conducted, when a correlation between the vibration behavior of the component and the bearing setting is produced. An actual vibration behavior is compared with the calibrated correlation.
