The antenna is embedded in to the coil; is instructed essentially as a resonance structure; and rotates about moving central axle of the plant around within the volume. The central axle is turned inside around the central axle rotating inner edges. A capacitive bridged annular gap extends parallel to the axle. The coil (8) radially outward and axially surrounds the antenna (6). Electrically isolated wires are connected in axial direction of the gap (12) by a ring-shaped fastener around the central axle and are arranged on a carrying structure and on a pylon. The wires (14) exhibit a tangential distance around the central axle around from each other and that distance is greater than radial minimum distance of the wire. Detuning circuits are connected with the wires by the antenna.
