The device has a thoracic belt (G), where a bag is provided at a lower end of the thoracic belt for intake of a plastic bag with excrement of a dog. The bag comprises a reusable material or a disposable material. A set of clips (K) is arranged at two ends of the bag, where the belt is locked by a snap-in lock and the bag is fastened to the belt by utilizing the clips. A connecting band is provided between a collar and the belt.
