The floating dwelling is fitted with a bath, a toilet, a freshwater system, heating and cooling, eating and drinking facilities, and living and sleeping space. There is a sleeping alcove at each end of the cabin-like structure. These alcoves are fitted with solar panels. The roof surface can be walked on. It is accessible by a ladder at either side, and has a railing round it.
