A slot (20) is created in a connecting base (CB) (2) for threading a head band (HB) through. A lever-type pressing element (PE) (3) fastens on the CB so as to swivel and in a single piece on one of its ends has a leader tongue (31) for support against the HB's stop grooves. A push button (32) controls the PE so that it can be ejected from any stop groove in the HB. A cover (4) fits on the CB.
