The system has two vertical shafts (1, 2) in which multiple cabins (3) are vertically moved by a driving system through a cable (6). The shafts are connected at each level through bearings (4a, 4b), in which the cabins move horizontally. A transfer unit (9) transfers the cabins from a bearing position towards one or other of the shafts (1, 2), or transfers the shafts towards the bearing position.
