The method involves placing a connection unit between a concrete block (10a) of a lower row and another concrete block (10b) of an upper row to fix the two concrete blocks. Concrete blocks (10c), located between the former and latter concrete blocks in intermediate rows located between the lower row and the upper row, are blocked. The connection unit passes into through holes (14) of the concerned concrete blocks (10a-10c).
