The system has a windshield washer system supplying circuit with a heat exchanger that is in proximity with a cooling circuit of an engine. The exchanger is placed downstream a jar of a windshield washer system at a circulation pipe. The exchanger has a spiral tube, in which the liquid circulates, placed around a flexible pipe of the cooling circuit. The exchanger has a system to fix and set in contact both the pipes.
