The dome is based on the icosahedron, and has two edges opposite to the icosahedron, at its north and south poles. The north and south poles are center points for the two edges. The dome is an assembly of identical main pieces to form a hemisphere that is divided into sectors of 90, 180 and 270 degrees. The dome is divisible by three orthogonal plans (X, Y, Z) of the Euclidean space i.e. X=0, Y=0 and Z=0. An independent claim is also included for a residence building.
