The knife has a handle (1) and a knife blade (2), where a cut (4) is made in the blade. Stem of a flower is placed in the cut and the knife is pulled in opposite direction of the flower so that movement of the knife permits to cut the stem in a tapered manner at 45 degree. The blade is sharpened on a single side (3), and has different widths based on size of stems to be cut.
