The sampler has a fixed tube (1) in which a movable tube (2) is mounted in a sliding manner. The tube (1) has a clamping system (7) to fix on a conduit (5) for passage of a product to be sampled. The conduit allows to slide an end of the tube (2) through the system between a retracted rest position and an elongated recovery position so that the end penetrates in elongated position in the conduit through a window (6) of the conduit. The movable tube (2) is connected to a recovery circuit that recovers the product to be sampled.
