The method involves executing automatically, successive and contiguous, unitary audiovisual flows to which categorization data (141) are associated individually. The selection of the flows within a set of heterogeneous sources and the order of their passage in resulting flow are determined by comparison between a set of data constituting selection profiles and the categorization data associated with the unitary flows. An independent claim is also included for a system for supplying a flow of audiovisual content to a user implementing an audiovisual flow constitution and management method.
