The structure has a rigid frame with two posts and defining a support plane for a working instrument. Two splint pairs (5, 5`, 6, 6`) are fixed respectively on the posts. A strap (13) is hooked on a ring pair of the frame to surround user`s waist. A strap (14) is hooked diagonally on two ring pairs that are placed in a shoulder strap on a shoulder or around neck of a user to maintain the structure in a working position.
