The device has a user presence detector (5) to activate an electric motor to trigger a deodorant bomb and a user presence detector (6) to automatically activate operation of an electric perfume dispenser and a musical device, when a user`s presence is detected in a basin. The detectors automatically interrupt triggering of the deodorant bomb, and operation of the dispenser and musical device as soon as the user gets up from the basin.
