The well has a removable device (7) constituted of a cartridge (71) cooperating with a support unit. The cartridge has a diaphragm controlling fluid flow and strainers (10a, 10b) permitting to filter rain or sewage water. The cartridge has a lifting ring (14) permitting to grab the cartridge using a hook. The cartridge has an opening (73) positioned with respect to a liquid outlet pipe and has an annular stop (74) and a core maker (75). An independent claim is also included for a collection and/or sanitation network.
