The device has a gel layer (8) integrated to a core layer (9), where the core layer has glass fibers. The gel and core layers are arranged for being perforable by a unit crossing a wall. The device is in contact with lateral walls of a case (1) by lateral sides of the gel layer, where cables (5) perforate the gel layer and the core layer, such that the cables are placed in the channel (3) during the installation of the cables.
