The caparison has an under garment comprising overalls (100) dressing two front limbs, horse`s chest and front part of stomach, and leggings (200) dressing two rear limbs, posterior and rear part of the stomach. The overalls and leggings cover the overall body of the horse while individually covering the limbs. A tunic covering the under garment, the overalls and the leggings are maintained on the horse body using a fixation unit.
