The device has a scraping unit (200) to scrape the inner wall of a gutter (G), an operating unit (300) to drive the scraping unit in translation in the gutter. A detritus escape ramp (500) is fixed to an end of the gutter to permit the evacuation of the detritus contained in the gutter to the exterior of the gutter under the effect of movement of the scraping unit on the ramp by the operating unit. An independent claim is also included for a gutter comprising a cleaning device.
