The axle has a longitudinal slit (23) opening into the axle`s free end and having a thickness equal to that of a strap. The strap end is engaged in the slit after placing the axle in a support to wind the strap on the axle between branches (10, 11), spaced to correspond to strap width, of the support, extract the axle and release the winding.
