The method involves forming a counter blade (32) by aluminum alloy molding. The counter blade has two parts (62, 78) connected in the periphery by bridges. An insert or a supported plate (76) having wear resistance properties is added to reinforce the hardness of a plane surface (64) of the part (62) of the counter blade against which a circular blade is likely to rub. An independent claim is also included for a pre-pruner comprising a head with a counter blade obtained by a counter blade forming method.
