The device has rigid inserts (20, 30) situated at both ends of a flexible body (10). The body and the inserts form a single block. The ends are provided with membranes whose peripheries are inclined outwards to form sealing lips (12, 16). The lips are in contact with a sheet metal of a casement in which a wire passage hole is pierced. The body has a part presenting a spiral shape in accordion. The body and the inserts are connected by physico-chemical connections between materials of the body and the inserts. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a connecting device.
